My dear president, why did the British come up with the terminology Quantitative easing? Again sir, why did the USA, France, Japan, Canada, and Italy come up with the term Stimulus Package? When the recession hit these western powers in 2006, caused by the bankers, they all rushed to try and reflate their economies.
