President John Evans Atta Mills on Wednesday visited the Volta Region and sympathised flood victims. At Adaklu Waya in the Adaklu Anyigbe District President Mills donated GH� 2,000 to the family of Mansa Tigri, 42, who drowned in a river as a result of the floods.
