Allottey Jacobs, a member of the communication team of the ruling NDC party has �accused Ghacem Company, manufacturers of Ghacem super rapid and extra cement of conniving with dealers to sell the products at exorbitant prices.� He is reported to have made the accusations in an interview with a pro-government newspaper, The Daily Democrat.
