Mr. Kofi Adams, suspended Deputy General of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Spokesperson for the Rawlingses, seems to have the penchant for pressing the wrong buttons for the wrong reasons, this time incurring the wrath of Alhaji Bature. Alhaji Bature, who is the managing editor of the �Al-hajj� newspaper, has cautioned Mr. Adams not be misled by the founder of the NDC, Mr. Jerry Rawlings, to push people like him to respond to some of his pronouncements in the media. He explains that if Mr. Adams dares him it would not be good for his boss, Mr. Jerry Rawlings, and the NDC. The outspoken Spokesperson for the Rawlingses is reported to have taken a swipe at the Editor of the Al-hajj Newspaper for allegedly peddling untruths about the formation of a political party by the former first family in order to bring to fruition their supposed plan to make President Mills a onetime President. According to the publication, Mr. Adams is reported to have described Alhaji Bature as a liar, especially as an earlier publication in his newspaper had stated that the Rawlingses were going to launch their new party on June 4th this year, which has elapsed. But Alhaji Bature, speaking on Radio Gold Morning Show, said that he is not a liar and that he will speak the truth, no matter whose axe was gored. He said, �I want to use this opportunity today to warn Kofi Adams, he should not push people like us, he should not be misled by the founder of the NDC to push people like us to respond, because when we decide to respond, it�s going to be appropriately and it will not be in the interest of Jerry Rawlings, neither would it be in the interest of the NDC.� The Managing Editor of the Al-hajj newspaper advised Mr. Adams to desist from pointing accusing fingers at people he thinks were engaged in name calling in the party thus directing him to Mr. Jerry Rawlings who has made it a habit to publicly lash out at the Mills administration anytime he had the opportunity to do so. He stated: �I have restrained myself for many years, I just heard Kofi Adams talk about name calling in the NDC - who has called people names more than Jerry Rawlings? Who brought the lexicon �Greedy Bastards� into our body politic?, �Mediocre Ministers�, �Traitors�, �Atta Mortuary Man�, �Konongo Kaya� and �A Sick Man Who Wants to be named a president��That is food for thought for Kofi Adams.� Mr. Bature, probably incensed by Adams� holier than thou attitude, retorted,� Now Kofi Adams calls me a liar and discredited fool? If he wants me to prove who is an imposter, who is a liar, who does not believe or live by the tenets of integrity and probity, he should find out from his boss.� The Managing Editor of the Al-hajj newspaper further hinted Kofi Adams to find out what happened when people like Messrs Kwame Peprah, Ibrahim Adams George Sipa-Yankey were jailed and what went on in East Legon. �He should find out from Rawlings, he Kofi Adams does not know all these things, he should find out from him, what the project of Gizzele Yagzi was all about, he should also ask him why Konadu is today holding a strong person like Jerry Rawlings captive, I have all the information,� he observed.
