The Electoral Commission, EC has confirmed that it was served with notice and said, it has referred the case to its lawyers.
Deputy Chairman in charge of operations, Safo Kantaka, told radio Ghana that the
EC is conducting the Akuse biometric voter registration following a Supreme Court ruling declaring Akuse as part of the Eastern region.
