Flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo is currently at the residence of former President Rawlings, founder of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) for a courtesy call.
Akufo-Addo�s Press Secretary Herbert Krapa revealed this a short while ago.
It is not clear who called for the meeting. What is also unclear is the agenda of the meeting.
But Peacefmonline.com sources say the former President and the NPP National Chairman, Jake Obetsebi Lamptey, had close to a 15minute discussion on the sidelines during Tuesday's lecture by former President of Botswana, Festus Mogae.
It is believed that the decision to meet the NPP officials was reached at during that chit-chat.
