PNC National Organizer Is Out Of Order - Atik Mohammed

The Peoples National Convention (PNC) has distanced itself from its National Organizers claims that per the partys own collated election results, the Electoral Commission's pronouncement on the election results are correct. Emmanuel Wilson had in an earlier interview noted the EC's verdict that President Mahama indeed won the elections were true. The PNCs Policy Analyst, Atik Mohammed has however described the National Organizers assertion, as "a lie". The PNC leadership is not in any way aware of this publication. It is his personal publication and what we find very offensive is his attempt to make it look as if it is the entirety of the PNC that has done this and has come out with this. He instead that the PNC had not commissioned any such exercise as it lacked the capacity to do so. PNC could not even field more than 2,000 agents in the over 26,000 polling stations so how was he able to procure data in the remainder of 24,000 polling stations. Nobody seems to be in the know as far as this publication is concerned. Mr. Mohammed also stressed that the duties of the National Organizer of the party did not include speaking and issuing statements on behalf of the entirety of the party. If any such correspondence must come from the PNC, it must be coming from the national leader. He added that the PNC had not conceded defeat because, "we have specific concerns with specific constituencies until such a time that we are able to bring a resolution to these concerns, we are not going to concede.
