The Progressive People�s Party (PPP) parliamentary candidate for Buem Constituency in the Volta Region, Elvis Akoto-Ade has filed his nomination to contest the by-election slated for 26 February. Mr Akoto-Ade presented his completed nomination forms and the GH�1,000 filing fee to Reverend Simon Yakanu, Retuning Officer in charge of the Constituency around 1500 hrs on Tuesday. Rev Yakanu said he was satisfied with the completed nomination forms and thanked the Party for contributing to the democratic process of the country.
