The Board of Directors of Jislah Financial Services Limited has appointed Kofi Eba-Miezah Polley as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company effective June 3, 2013.
Mr. Polley joins the company with over a decade of experience in social security administration having worked in several capacities at the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) from 1997.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Universalizing Social Security from the Institute of Social Studies, the Hague Netherlands and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
Mr. Polley was the General Manager (Operations) for SSNIT Informal Sector, responsible for formulating and implementing strategies for achieving operational objectives of the Fund.
He was also a member of the team that designed the SSNIT Informal Sector Scheme.
Mr. Polley, prior to his appointment, was the General Manager for Universal Pensions Master Trust Limited (UPMTL).
Commenting on his new appointment, Mr. Polley thanked the Board of Directors of the company for the trust reposed in him and pledged to serve the firm�s clients and shareholders with an unmatched level of expertise and service line.
