Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has arrived in Kampala, Uganda, to address the 90th anniversary celebration of Makerere University on the theme: �Oil Resource Management and its Utilisation for Economic Transformation: The Case of Ghana.� A press release by his spokesperson and special aide, Mr Frank Agyekum, said his address would be the highlight to conclude the year-long anniversary celebration of one of Africa�s earliest institutions of higher learning. Mr Kufuor will hold separate talks with the Ugandan Prime Minister, the Right Honourable Amama Mbabazi, and the former Kenyan President, Mwai Kibaki, who is an alumnus of the university. He will also address youth groups and civil society organisations before returning home on Sunday, August 4, 2013.
