Teresa Giudice Will Plead 'Not Guilty,' Following Two New Fraud Indictments: Lawyer

Teresa and Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice are in more legal hot water. The pair, who face up to 50 years behind bars for 39 counts of fraud, were indicted on two more counts bank fraud and loan application fraud on Monday, according to NJ.com. "As she did with respect to the allegations contained in the original indictment, Teresa intends to plead 'not guilty' to the allegations in the new indictment," the Real Housewives of New Jersey star's lawyer Henry E. Klingeman tells PEOPLE. "She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for February 24, 2014. Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out." The reality TV stars submitted fraudulent mortgage and other loan applications from 2001 through 2008, a year before their show debuted on Bravo, making phony claims about their employment status and salaries, the indictment reads.
