The prosecuting officer said on November 18, 2013 at about 8:00pm Khadija went to the complainant to demand the remaining money from him and a misunderstanding ensured between them. Furthermore, the police officer noted that the accused person, in the heat of the misunderstanding, bit off the nose of the carpenter. In addition, she said the complainant bled profusely and was rushed to the hospital, after which the accused person was arrested. Explaining further, Inspector Denteh said Khadija, in her caution statement, denied she bit off the complainants nose but rather used a stone to hit him in the course of the misunderstanding.
