Thumbs Up For Championing Innovative Programmes

A Professor at the Biological Sciences Department at the Florida Atlantic University has ranked the nation�s 2013 most prestigious University, All Nations University College (ANUC) as the most dynamic University which has pioneered the study of sciences relative to other Private Universities in the Country. The Biological sciences Professor, Kumi-Diaka who paid a voluntary visit to the management of the University a few days ago lamented that, All Nations University has demonstrated their quest to train manpower needed to solve societal crisis. Professor Kumi-Diaka Commended the Management of ANUC for investing in the area of Science. He promised to partner the University in the area of Technology transfer through effective collaboration. Prof Kumi-Diaka, noted that, the world is rapidly advancing and that there is the need for Africans to catch up with the developed world and the only way he said, this could be achieved is through productive collaboration between the University and Research based institutions. He said, he will constantly engage Science faculties to champion creativity. He said his objective is to help draw the faculty to the scheme of Technology Transfer, this he said will put Ghana in the league of developed countries.�Almost All Private Universities are into business and humanities, but All Nations University has set the pace, and that will propel the University to the utmost� said Prof Kumi-Diaka. On her part, Registrar of the University, Dr Lynn Kisembe Darkwa said the University recognize the visit as important and appreciate the commitment demonstrated by Prof Diaka to bring his area of expertise on the University. The registrar said the School welcomes people with expertise to help train graduates who are well capable to confront challenges in society. She mentioned that the University will maintain and improve on its integrity it has gained since its establishment in 2002.
