Kotoko Fan Pays For Clearing of Weeds At 'Rejected' Adako Jachie

Devout Kotoko follower and a columnist for Kotoko Express Kojo Addae-Mensah has offered to pay for the clearing of the weeds that have engulfed the Adako Jachie Projects in Kumasi. He says the signal sent by asantekotokosc.com publication last week although really saddened him and many other Kotoko fans. As a result, he has decided to finance the clearing of the site from the weeds. The renowned banker disclosed this to asantekotokosc.com moments after submitting his article for the week which coincidentally focuses on the project. �I wasn�t happy with what I saw. Many other fans I know also didn�t like it. I am ready to pay for the clearing of the site. I am told the club was in the process of hiring people to clear the weeds; if they have already paid these people, I would want to refund the money� said Kojo Addae-Mensah. Immediately after the disclosure, the Operations Manager, George Kennedy was contacted. He confirmed reports that the site was in the process of being cleared. He also indicated that Kojo Addae-Mensah had spoken him expressing his desire to finance the weeding. George Kennedy expressed his gratitude to Addae-Mensah while commending asantekotokosc.com for last week�s publication which exposed the level to which weeds have taken over the office complex, junior and senior team hostels being built by the club. �Not many people liked the publication when it first came out. You thoroughly explained matters in a subsequent publication and I think, largely; people have in principle accepted that what you did was right although it was difficult to swallow. I commend the club�s media outfit its work and expect that you will continue serving the interest of the club� said George Kennedy.
