Ke$ha has updated fans on her progress from rehab, via a friend taking charge of her Twitter page.
The star revealed at the beginning of the month that she was entering treatment to confront her eating issues, and in the meantime her mother has spoken out in the press about how the 'Crazy Kids' hitmaker allegedly thought about killing herself.
