Lionel Messi is set to make his 400th appearance for Barcelona on Wednesday night after being named in Gerardo Martino's squad for the Copa del Rey tie at Levante.
The Argentinian forward missed two months of this season with a hamstring injury but has returned to fitness and form in recent weeks.
