A Public Relations Officer of the Tema Development Corporation (TDC), Madam Dorothy Asare Kumah, has indicated that the corporation needs no permit to embark on a demolition exercise. This follows a demolition exercise embarked on by the corporation at the Tema West constituency, rendering hundreds of people homeless. In an interview on �Kokrokoo� with Kwami Sefa Kayi, Madam Kumah said they have the backing of the law to embark on such an action provided they give occupants prior notice. She has however, asked those with land documentation or permit: offer letter, site plan, right of entry and a building permit to come to the office of TDC but quickly added: �I bet you, you will not find one person� with documents.
