The ex-player at the San Siro claims the struggling Serie A side �shouldn�t have signed� the Ghanaian because �they don�t need him� in this dire times. Former AC Milan player Zvonimir Boban has taken a swipe at the current management of the Rossoneri, saying they made �a mistake� by signing Michael Essien. He said the Ghana international has lost his fine form at Chelsea and there was no need to bring him to the San Siro.
