A Political Science Lecturer at the University of Ghana, Dr Alidu Seidu says all candidates vying for the Chairmanship position of the NPP are credible and have a lot of experience in the political scene. He said the contest will be tough since all candidates have the capacity to lead the party to victory in 2016. Dr Seidu said the call for the current leaders in the party seeking re-election to loose is in the right direction since the delegates think the leaders failed in their endeavour to lead the party to victory in 2012.
