As today marks the 13th anniversary for the May 9th Disaster, Mr. Hebert Mensah reveals various functions have been lined up to grace the event. He however makes it clear that enough hasn�t been done by successful governments, Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak to assist the anniversary which has become an annual ritual. The pictures below were taken at the Plaza at Kumasi, a day before the 13th anniversary kicked off.
