The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Freezones Board (GFZB), Mr. Kojo Twum Boafo, has advised Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom to examine his closet properly anytime he feels tickled to speak on alleged acts of corruption.
According to him, Dr. Nduom till date, remains the only government official with a damning forensic report on him, alleging corrupt practices he engaged in, whilst working for the Provisional National Defense Council (PNDC) and National Democratic Congress (NDC) as a consultant at the State Enterprises Commission (SEC).
The Freezones boss, was unhappy with Dr. Nduom�s claims of corruption in government and higher place, saying �those who seek equity must first come with clean hands� , since he remains yet the only ex-state official, who has a damning Serious Fraud Office (SFO) report submitted to Parliament.
He said, he has a copy of the report and it makes interesting reading, how Dr. Nduom though a full-blooded Ghanaian, misrepresented himself as an American citizen, working with Deloitte and Touche, hence being paid a foreigners wage, which he was repatriating to the US.
Mr. Twum Boafo, who was speaking on Radio Gold yesterday in reaction to Dr. Nduom�s comments on Joy FM said, people with questionable backgrounds, like Dr. Nduom, must spare Ghanaians when it comes to sermons on corruption.
Meanwhile The Herald has taken custody of the 62-page SFO report on Dr. Nduom and will in the coming days be publishing it.

Dr. Nduom, the 2012 Presidential candidate of the Progressive Peoples� Party (PPP) said that Ghanaians should mount pressure on the president to perform.
Speaking on the Super Morning Show, Paa Kwesi Nduom, acknowledged the President�s good intentions, but noted that �meaning well for Ghana is different from doing well for Ghanaians�.
According to Paa Kwesi Nduom, the 1992 Constitution, has made Ghana�s president too powerful for which reason the president has no excuse to fail.
Weighing in on the president�s performance, Paa Kwesi Nduom assessed that the President was doing �poorly� on the economy, he scored him 2 out of 10 on corruption and 5 out of 10 on his leadership.
Nonetheless, John Mahama, has enough time to change his grim scores by the next election, he stated.
He lamented the 1992 Constitution sells out the country to the president by giving him enormous power and creates a huge psychological dependency on the President to get things done.
The President, makes about 4,000 appointments during his tenure. He makes appointments on every board of every corporation in Ghana. He appoints a third of local assembly members, the District Chief Executive, Ministers and heads of several bodies.
�Why take all the powers and give it to one person?� Nduom wondered. The result of having these immense powers is that, �everybody is looking to one man in Accra [the seat of government]�.
�It makes other people go to sleep and point at the President� who worries about jobs in the local assemblies? Nobody.
No country has developed that way, the business mogul noted and said until power is decentralised, Ghanaians should blame the president for the sad state of affairs.
Paa Kwesi Nduom pointed out that President Kufuor, failed to implement a decentralisation plan agreed in 2001 at a National Economic Dialogue. So did the late President Mills and currently John Mahama, he continued.
But devolving power is the way to go, if Ghanaians are to take responsibility, he emphasized.
