Disney star Billy Unger has been arrested after driving under the influence in Malibu, a law enforcement source tells PEOPLE. Unger, 18, was driving along the Pacific Coast Highway late Friday night when police pulled him over for speeding, taking him to jail after they discovered the underage actor had been drinking, according to TMZ.
