Embattled General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwabena Agyapong has said that despite the sharp riffles been fired at him from various angles of his party, he is not perturbed but has rather developed a thick skin overtime. Kwabena Agyapong who has been accused by many for �destroying� the NPP believes some party members rather don�t want the right structures to be put in place for the betterment of the elephant fraternity. The current internal wrangling in the NPP emanated after the party�s Chief Scribe, Kwabena Agyepong allegedly single-handedly sacked the party�s Deputy Communications Director, Perry Okudzeto. This has incurred the wrath of some national executives who have described the one-sided action of the General Secretary as unlawful. But speaking on Peace FM�s flagship morning show programme Kokrookoo, Kwabena Agyepong said, �I put myself out there; it�s part of my job, and I get it�people will attack me. At first I was thrown off, but now I have a pretty thick skin about it�. �I am sacrificing for the party but if people think I am destroying the party then maybe I have to expose some doings in the party for everyone to know,� he added.
