I Achieved My Aim - Asamoah Boateng

A former Information Minister, Stephen Asamoah Boateng, has said he achieved his aim, despite being dropped as a flagbearer aspirant at Sundays super delegates' congress of the New Patriotic Party. Asa B, as he is affectionately called, managed a meager 1.76% of the total votes, ruling him and a former Trade Minister Dr. Konadu Apraku out of the national delegates congress' contest on October 18. Speaking to Citi FM Monday, Boateng said he was in the race to win but has not given up on his presidential ambitions, adding that he would soon bounce back. I am a positive forward looking person, Ive started a journey, the first step and initial steps are taken. Its a four-year cycle and it comes in rows. He added: Once I put my teeth into something I bite and breathe at the same time like a British bulldog, so I know what Im about. I dont start something that God does not want to finish with me.
