Ghana Requires A Third Force; NDC, NPP Are Same

The Managing Editor of the Insight Newspaper Kwesi Pratt has said there is an immediate need for a third alternative which will address the concerns of Ghanaians since, the "ruling NDC and main opposition NPP have proven incapable of developing the country". In his view, the two dominant political parties in Ghanas political landscape have shown by their actions when in opposition and in government that there are no major differences between them. Look at NPP in opposition what they did and look at NPP in power what they do, and look at NDC in opposition what they do and look at them in power what they are doing and tell me the difference They are always beating about the bush all the time, condition of the working people does not change in anyway because that alternative which will shake them has not emerged Pratt stated on Radio Golds Alhaji and Alhaji on Saturday. He also expressed concerns about what he described as, the capitalist orientation of the various civil society groups in the country.
