A member of the Progressive People�s Party (PPP), Mr. Divine Nkrumah, has urged President Mahama to happily enjoy the travelling opportunities. Mahama is currently on an official trip to the Vatican in Italy and is expected in Ghana today. But a member of the Progressive People�s Party, Mr. Divine Nkrumah, has urged the president to happily enjoy the travelling opportunities since he is not going to enjoy the same privileges after the 2016 general election. Prior to visiting the Vatican, President Mahama had traveled to Nigeria on the invitation of President Goodluck Jonathan to attend a sporting event. And even before honoring the invitation of the Nigerian president, he was also in Burkina Faso as ECOWAS chair to help solve the political unrest in the country. Weeks before President Blaise Campaore was ousted from office, President Mahama was in the UK, Denmark and Norway. When Peacefmonline.com contacted the rep. from the PPP for his opinion on the spontaneous trips by the president, he stated that the political end of our president is near and he couldn�t afford to miss places his office allows him to visit. He continued that President Mahama�s performance as head of state is appalling and it would not help Ghanaian electorates to see him around anytime soon.
