In his will, filed Oct. 15 in Marin County, California, Robin Williams left his estate to a trust for his three children � and also stipulated that his wife, Susan Schneider, be provided for under the terms of their prenup. The late actor, who took his own life at age 63 in his Tiburon, California, home on Aug. 11, signed the will on Jan. 31, 2011.
