The Northern Regional Minister, Alhaji Mohammed Muniru Limuna on Friday had the Tamale Regional Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) arrested for assaulting him at his residence. The minister claimed the Organiser; Mr Godfred Wumbei popularly known as �Yellowman� and his campaign coordinator without any provocation, came to his residency to assault him and so he had no option than to have them arrested on Friday night. However, in an interview with Kwami Sefa Kayi on PEACE FM, Friday, Yellowman debunked the allegation that he assaulted the Minister. Even though he confirmed his arrest, he said he never assaulted the Minister. However, in an interview on the same platform, Hon Muniru Limuna insisted that he was assaulted.
