On behalf of the government of Ghana, the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mr Julius Debrah has pleaded with exasperated Ghanaians to take heart and believe there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel. He was optimistic about President Mahama�s ability to put things to order before elections came up in 2016. With little misery squaring up with us in life, many turn to put the entire blame on the present government; a practice, Mr. Debrah believes doesn�t help. �Normally, we are tempted to liken our journey to the journey of the Israelites when they were promised by God that He was going to move them from Egypt to the Promise Land�infact everybody thought it was just going to be a day�s journey, but we all know the history�, he said. The honorable minister made this remark at GIMPA during a forum to educate the various Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives on sanitation. Watch the video below:
