A foreign fraudster remains behind bars in Britain after claiming he cannot be deported because he is unfit to fly thanks to a bout of piles. Jean Claude Happi Siewe, who is currently serving time at HMP Nottingham, was due to be kicked out of the country last July but insisted he could not go because of haemorrhoids.
