The British Academy Television Awards are one of the biggest awards ceremonies in the UK, with some of the highest-profile names in showbusiness walking down the red carpet at the Theatre Royal in London.
With the likes of Benedict Cumberbatch, Sheridan Smith and Keely Hawes all nominated for gong's at last night's event, the A-listers who turned out in force would have ensured they were dressed to impress.
For the stars, the annual event is a chance to put on a fancy frock or suit and hobnob with some of the finest names in the industry.
But while it is a champagne and canape-fuelled evening of fun, it also has it's inevitable pitfalls - the biggest of all being the fashion.
