A Businessman and his Dog have been electrocuted to death in Koforidua.
Nana Kwasi Osei, father of 5 and a businessman in the new Juabeng municipality Monday morning met his death with his dog at his residence behind the Capital View hotel in Koforidua.
Speaking to the brother-in-Law of the deceased, Mr. Sakodie Addo, he said, Nana Kwasi woke up at dawn to go and unchain his barking dog who was left in the heavy downpour which felt at dawn.
In an attempt to do so, they both got electrocuted by a faulty Air Condition which the Dog was tied to, till a sibling who was sweeping went to meet the dead body.
A a result his Wife, upon hearing the sad incident, felt unconscious and was rushed to the hospital.
The death of Nana Kwasi is baffling the family as the Air Condition was off when the sudden incident occurred.
The body has since been taken by the police for autopsy, but investigations are still ongoing.
