Central Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwamena Duncan has congratulated all candidates and leadership of his party for conducting peaceful primaries.

Contributing to Peace FM's "Kokrokoo" programme, Kwamena Duncan was of a strong view that the outcome of the primaries is a proof that the NPP is alive.

According to him, the NPP is now "regenerated and rejuvenated" and obviously ready to wrestle power from the hands of the Mahama government.

Kwamena Duncan further believed the introduction of the youthful generation to contest the Parliamentary elections indicate the good job that the party has so far done to clinch victory, come 2016.

“Saturday was a very beautiful day for the NPP. The party is now regenerated, rejuvenated…It tells you that this is the party to look out for in the future. So, everywhere you are as an NPP person, pat yourself in the back. We have done a good job.”
