<<Print>>Rihanna avoided what could have been a very awkward situation on Sunday by skipping the red carpet arrivals at the BET Awards in Los Angeles.
The R&B artist, 27, was seen already in her seat inside the Microsoft Theatre while her ex Chris Brown, 26, posed for photographs outside.
Her decision comes one week after she and rumored new beau Karim Benzema almost came face to face with Brown at Hollywood nightclub Hooray Henry's.
