The African football governing body, CAF, has selected Ghanaian match officials to handle a Confederation Cup match on August 1. Ghana's trio of referees Joseph O. Lamptey, Haruna Ayuba and David Laryea would be the match officials for the game between Primero Augusto of Angola and Egypt's Harass Hodoud. Referee Lamptey would be the centre official and would be assisted on the lines by Haruna Ayuba and David Laryea with Reginanld Lathbridge, also a Ghanaian match official nominated as the fourth referee, the Confederation of African Football says.
