Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy is basking in the glory of President John Dramani Mahama’s endorsement. He has taken to Facebook to express his excitement saying he is “ever humbled.”

President Mahama during an interview on Uniiq FM said he loves listening to Stonebwoys hit sonts Sheekena and Baafira.

“…recently I listened to Stonebwoy, I think he’s got a good hit with Sheekena and Baafira, that’s also a good one. I like Ghanaian music so I listen to most of our artistes,” said president Mahama.

The President also praised other musicians in the country adding that “I like a lot of the old artistes; of course Kojo Antwi continues to be my favourite.”

“I like Gyedu Blay-Ambolley, KK Kabobo. I like the young ones too; I listen to some of the old young ones like Shasha Marley, Wuta, VIP. Recently I listened to Stonebwoy; I think he’s got a good hit with Sheekena and Baafira, that’s also a good one. I like Ghanaian music so I listen to most our artistes,” said president Mahama.
