Ghana midfielder Mabarak Wakaso is likely to stay at Russian Club Rubin Kazan after he was registered for the new season. The 24-year-old was included in the 32-man roster named by manager Rinat Bilyaletdinov and was handed the number 44 jersey. Wakasu was expected to join a new Club after failing to land a deal with Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad. The former Villarreal midfielder was reported to have been spotted training with an unknown European Club. The Ghanaian international is however expected to compete for a first team place having been left under the perking order last season which propelled him to go on loan at Scottish Champions Celtic.
