Mr. NO To Run As Independent Candidate

NDC’s Mr. No has confirmed plans to contest the 2016 presidential elections as an independent candidate.

The faceless candidate who polled 61,836 votes during the NDC’s primaries over the weekend said his candidature “gave an avenue for disgruntled party members to register their dissatisfaction with the party’s leadership” and he hopes his “2016 presidential campaign will give Ghanaians the chance to vote No to demonstrate their dissatisfaction with Ghana’s ruling class- the incompetent current administration and an opposition that is hellbent on destroying itself.”

Mr. No said he will be making a strong case to the Electoral Commissioner for a No vote on the presidential ballot paper. He explained that voting No is not a sign sign of apathy but a chance for disillusioned voters to reject the choice given them.

“Disillusionment is not the same as indifference,” he added.
