Ghana Gets New Music Ambassador

Due to the gradual decadence of musical quality over the recent years, the general consensus amongst music lovers seemed to be the need to appoint a charismatic youth who holds the ideals of quality music to heart, thus propagating the gospel of musical excellence – an  ambassador of Music,  good music. 

Said ambassador must possess all the qualities music lovers around the world require in what they listen to; quality content, relatable concept, remarkable composition and infusion of soul. After thorough deliberation and analysis, none other could be found more fitting to man the task than the enigmatic, guitar-string-romancing voice of reason and reason of voice. Ogo GMA. Jean M. Claude from Gabon is a Ghana-based multi-lingual guitarist, singer and songwriter who is currently signed to Kojons multimedia. Fluent in French, English and Spanish as well, Ogo appeals to a much larger audience. Imprinting his intellect on every tune and being influenced by artistes like Tracy Chapman, R. Kelly, Usher, Sting, Boys II Men and Papa Wemba, Ogo's music translates as an eccentric, soulful piece of audio nirvana. His claim to fame in Ghana was his participation in the renowned talent show, MTN Hitmaker, where he was closely monitored by Kojons, who'd previously seen him perform at Alliance Francias and kept a close eye on him. Needless to say, he was the perfect treasure a talent scout could discover.

Hence, his current deal with Kojons multimedia. Ogo won the award for best video at the SICA festival in Benin, 2014, with his song, Africain. He opened for Meiway at the Legend's Night Concert held at the Banquet Hall, State House, where he made bold his claim as the Good Music Ambassador (GMA). With other breathtaking performances at the African Regent Hotel, Afrikiko, Alliance Francais, The Republic Bar, Starbites, etc. Ogo is set to imprint his name in music history as the best to ever do it.
