After grabbing the attention of Ghanaians with hit songs— Mansa and Brother Brother last year, highlife artiste, Bisa Kdei is out with Samina off his Breakthrough album.
Recorded by Bisa Kdei himself, Samina, which features Obrafour, is a slow pace song which he sings for his lover for being faithful to him.
Bisa describes his lover as a sweet girl who is not money conscious but rather contributes to his music career and whatever he does.
Like a soap that gets finished when it is used, Bisa says he cherishes his lover so much that he would never compare her to a soap that can be wasted.
In the song, he advises men to stay with one woman and always respect them.
Obrafour comes in with a beautiful rap telling his lover he will worship her like servants worship their king. He added that he would provide whatever she wants because a beautiful and obedient girl is hard to come by.
The two gelled on the song which was released last week and certainly would be loved by both the young and old.
In an interview with Showbiz, Bisa said he had initially wanted to outdoor Samina together with Mansa and Brother Brother last year “but I changed my mind because I realised releasing singles from the album one after the other will get Ghanaians to have a feel of all the songs on the album than doing it enbloc.
“There are great songs on the album which feature fine artistes such as Samini and Efya and I think taking my time to release them is the right thing to do”, he said.
