NDC Will Complete NPPs Unfinished Projects in Its Next Administration - MP

Member of Parliament (MP) for Bia East, Richard Acheampong has saidthat President Mahamas next developmental projects would be geared towards the completion of all unfinished projects by the erstwhile Kufuor Administration.

To him It is not a deliberate act by the current Mahama administration to boycott already started projects by the previous NPP government since 2008, but have it in plan to finish those projects in his next governance.

He said he believes the President Mahama he knows would not leave resources belonging to this state unattended to.

He advised leaders of the various political parties not to forget that criticisms is part of politics, therefore they should not personalize comments directed at them by their opponents, both within and outside their parties.

Commenting on the Chairman Wontumi and Manhyia North MP alleged slapping issue, he said even though the MP for Manhyia North would not be happy withdrawing the charges leveled against the Ashanti Regional Chairman from the Police, he would have to do that to keep his image for the upcoming primaries should it be conducted as directed by the Court.

Indeed I feel embarrassed as a Member of Parliament when I hear an issue of this nature in relation to MPs who are to make laws for the state, and as well role models to some citizens especially the youth, he said on UTVs Adekye Nsroma programme.

He noted that If leaders of the same political party can behave to this extend then it would take the grace of God to expect something positive from future generations.
