Chris Brown has scored a legal victory after a California judge ruled he can continue his existing custody arrangements over his daughter Royalty.

Nia Guzman, the mother of his toddler daughter, filed papers last month, alleging the singer was unfit to care for Royalty without supervision.

Former model Nia, 33, had asked for his visits to be restricted and monitored over her concerns of his alleged drug use and gang affiliation.
