VIDEO: Zoomlion Joins Forces With Adebayor To Fight Filth
To avoid a repetition of last year’s devastating floods that claimed several human lives and damaged properties worth millions of cedis on June 3rd, 2015, Zoomlion Ghana Limited has joined forces with international and local celebrities to fight the mountain of filth responsible for the disaster.
They have therefore recruited the services of Sheyi Emmanuel Adebayor, a Togolese professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for Premier League club Crystal Palace.
Adebayor gave a clean campaign message
“Hello, it is (S.E.A.) Sheyi Emmanuel Adebayor talking right here. We are all Africans and for me, it is very important to keep our environment very clean. To keep it clean, we got a company that is doing very good and they need our help.
Work with Zoomlion and we have to put our hands together to make this happen. To make life quite easier for them; when there is something in our hands and there is a dustbin we have to put it in to keep our towns clean.
This because we are not killing anybody we are killing ourselves. We are throwing diseases to ourselves.
To live a better life, you have to live in a clean environment. Let’s put our hands together to help Zoomlion clean our environment for us. But first of all, the responsibility is on us and we have to start doing it…I salute you Zoomlion keep doing your thing by keeping Ghana and Africa clean. One love”.
