President Barack Obama said Wednesday that ISIS will pay for the 'terrible attack' the Istanbul airport that left 41 dead.
Obama said he called Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on his way to Ottawa, Canada from Washington to extend his condolences and reaffirm the United States' commitment to decimating the terrorist group.
