Ja Rule and Ashanti do not endorse killers, and they've changed the name of their tour ... just in case anyone's getting it twisted.
Ja tells TMZ ... he and Ashanti he decided to change the original tour name, Natural Born Killers, because they thought it would be "insensitive to the families of the victims" of senseless violence.
