The Volta River Authority (VRA) says an online notice inviting applications from unsuspecting individuals to apply for employment into the Authority, is a scam.
“We wish to advise that the VRA is not involved in any online recruitment and the general public should ignore the said online advertisement because it is a scam,” the Authority said in a statement issued in Accra.
It said “any persons who ignore this warning and go ahead to deal with the perpetrators do so at their own risk”.
The statement advised the public to contact the Head of Corporate Communications VRA, Accra when in doubt.
