Twitter user (Bar Baric) posted pictures of the president’s beautiful daughter -Ange Kagame on his timeline, while making his “marriage” interest known to her father.
To show his displeasure with the tweet, the long serving president immediately shut the young man’s aspiration -by blocking him on twitter.
