The list of nominees for the 2016 Afroma Awards have been released by the organizers
Afroma Awards are awarded to professionals to recognize their achievements, hard work and excellence in the modeling and fashion industry each year.
The Award winners are regarded as professionals and role models so it is important that the award selection process recognize the achievements of all nominees.
The awards is been organized by Cosmo konsult ltd under the following objectives:
•To honour and appreciate Models and Fashion industry players and other professions in the industry who work hard within the calendar year of the scheme.
•Provide an international platform through which the Ghanaian modeling and fashion industry can be accessed, recognized and generate lucrative remunerations for all industry players.
•To reward veteran fashion icons who have made positive and remarkable input in the industry.
•To reward diligence and innovation in the Fashion and Modeling Industry in Ghana and by so doing encourage more interested persons to explore their talents in this profession.
•To challenge the existing fashion designers and Models to embark on higher-level tasks in the industry and go the extra mile to improve on the industry in Ghana.
This year’s ceremony will be held on the 1st of October, 2016 at the World Trade Center, Accra.Tickets are available at FrankiesOsu, Front desk of Peace FM, All Pizza Inn outlet and GH Media School.
