GNA's former Supervising Chief Editor passes away

The death is reported of Mr. Kenneth Wood, former Supervising Chief Editor of the Ghana News Agency. Mr. Wood, 71, passed away in a London Hospital on October 20, according to family sources. Mr. Wood joined the GNA in March, 1961 as a Junior Reporter and rose through the ranks to become Supervising Chief Editor. He retired in February, 2000. He was also the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Elections Officer for a long time.
