Nigerian Coach Arrives To Take Over Hearts of Oak

Nigerian Coach Paul Aigbogun has arrived to take over Accra Hearts of Oak. Ghanasportsonline.com has revealed.
 
Aigbogun touched down in the country on Saturday to begin his stint as head trainer for the Rainbow Club. The 45-year-old will be confirmed by the Club after officially signing a deal.

Aigbogun had previously Coached Nigerian Clubs Enyimba FC and Worri Wolves. He also had spells with South Africa Club Cape Town FC where he helped them to earn promotion to the ABSA Premier League.

He comes in to replace Japanese Kenichi Yatshuhashi who parted ways with Hearts of Oak last season.

The former Ghana Champions selected the Nigerian tactician from a host of coaches who sent in their application for the vacant job.

Assistant Coach Henry Willington has been supervising the team’s pre-season exercise.
